Any transaction processed through the website constitutes unconditional and irrevocable acceptance of these conditions by the customer.

These terms define the rights and obligations of the parties in relation to online sales performed through Smarters App.

The customer accesses Smarters App, selects the desired subscription, enters identity details, accepts the terms, and confirms payment.

After confirmation, the customer is redirected to a secure card payment platform to complete the transaction.

Online card payments are processed through a secure payment page. After bank acceptance, account settlement is processed according to the issuing bank timeline.

By paying, the customer confirms sufficient funds and agrees to the card issuer and acquiring bank rules applicable to the transaction.

All sales are final and no refunds are provided, including after app termination or account activation.

Smarters App reserves the right to terminate user activation at any time, with or without notice and without providing a reason.

Information requested during payment is required to process online transactions and is handled confidentially.

Data retained by the secure payment platform on behalf of Smarters App is considered proof of payment for completed transactions.
