Thanks for choosing Smarters App ("Smarters Vision - F.Z.E", "tvplayers.net", "XUI Service", "SmarterPlayer", "we", "us", "our"). Smarters App provides an advanced TV media player application for WebOS, Tizen, WhaleOS, and Android TV platforms so you can play your own audio, video, and stream sources.

The application Smarters App is delivered without any content. No content, playlist subscription, or streaming source is provided through the application or after activation on our website. The MAC address shown inside the app is required for activation and proper functionality. Smarters App only provides a media player. Any content or subscriptions advertised under the Smarters name by third parties are fraudulent, and we disclaim responsibility for their use.

Smarters App does not endorse the streaming of copyright-protected material without authorization from the copyright holder. We may act on copyright complaints and may suspend or terminate access where appropriate. We also reserve the right to take action against anyone using our name or logo to advertise content providers or subscriptions.

Smarters App is owned and operated by XUI Service, LLC and Smarters Vision - F.Z.E. We reserve the right to restrict access, change pricing, and update these terms at any time. By using the Smarters App application, website, or related interfaces, you agree to a binding contract with us and accept these agreements in full.

Smarters App offers a free trial period so customers can explore the app's features before deciding to purchase.

If the free trial period has been started or used and the customer chooses to continue with the paid version, no refund will be granted under any circumstances.

Our product is a digital good. Access is delivered after payment. In some cases, payment approval may take up to one hour. If the app is not activated after approval, exit and reopen the app. If the issue remains, contact us with the requested details.

If your card is charged more than once, contact us directly and provide the last four digits of the card used and the MAC address shown on your TV screen.

We may occasionally update these agreements. When material changes are made, we may provide notice through the application, website, or email. Continued use of Smarters App after the changes take effect means you accept the updated terms.

Smarters App and its related trademarks, copyrights, patents, and proprietary code are owned by Smarters Vision - F.Z.E and XUI Service. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable right to use the application only for playing your own content.

You are solely responsible for all content that you play, stream, or access through the app. Smarters App does not endorse the content you use and is not responsible for it.

Smarters App respects the rights of intellectual property owners and acts expeditiously on valid complaints. If you believe content accessed through the app infringes your rights, please contact Smarters App.

We make reasonable efforts to keep the application operational, but maintenance, testing, and technical issues may cause temporary interruptions or changes.

The company is not responsible for disputes between users or between a user and a third party arising from use of the application.

Except where explicitly agreed in writing, these agreements contain the full terms governing your use of Smarters App.

You agree to indemnify and hold Smarters App harmless from damages, losses, and expenses arising from your breach of these agreements or from content you access, post, or contribute.

These agreements and any related non-contractual disputes are governed by the laws of the State of Palestine, without regard to conflict of laws principles.

A party intending to seek arbitration must first send written notice of the dispute to the other party. If we do not have a physical address on file for you, notice may be sent by email. Notice to Smarters App should be sent to [email protected].
